Service Non-Delivery: If IndiCosmo fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the service agreement due to reasons within our control, the client may be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation Before Service Commencement: If the client decides to cancel the engagement before any services have been initiated, a refund may be issued subject to deductions for administrative and processing fees.
Service Dissatisfaction: If the client is dissatisfied with the quality of service provided and can provide valid reasons for their dissatisfaction, a partial refund may be considered.

Clients requesting a refund must follow the following process:
Refund Request: The client must submit a written refund request to IndiCosmo, outlining the reasons for the refund and providing any necessary documentation to support their claim.

Decision: IndiCosmo will communicate its decision regarding the refund request to the client within a reasonable timeframe. If approved, the refund amount and method of payment will be specified.
Refund Amount:
The refund amount will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the case and in accordance with the refund eligibility criteria mentioned above. IndiCosmo reserves the right to deduct applicable administrative and processing fees from the refund amount.
